Smoking (of any kind) is Not allowed in the building or apartment; a $300 fine will be charged and any cleaning fees. No pets unless permitted in writing, and a pet addendum has been signed. This includes pets belonging to visitors. A $25/night fee for overnight guest(s) not on agreement. Also, no parties or events are permitted. A $300 fine and cleaning fees will be charged. Utilities are included with a monthly cap of $100.
