There is one large family room, a master bedroom with ensuite, 2 standard bedrooms, a den, and a converted family room that has been made into a bedroom. It has a large backyard and a 2 car garage with a long driveway. You will also get 2 off-street parking passes. The house is located directly across the street from Cal Poly's Rec & Health Center. Trash is included. We also pay for someone to come once a month to clean the kitchen and the two bathrooms. We a landscaper come by when needed.
