Rent: $7,500.00 per month
Lease Terms:
12-month minimum lease
First month's rent, last month's rent, and a $7,500.00 security deposit are due prior to move-in.

Tenant is responsible for electricity, natural gas, water, sewer, phone, internet, cable TV, snow removal from patios, water softener salt, and water filter replacements. Residents are required to maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term. To comply with Summit County tax requirements, residents must obtain Utah driver's licenses showing the property address as their primary residence and provide proof of the address change within the required timeframe.
