First floor includes large living room, separate kitchen area and full bath. 2nd floor includes both bedrooms and a hallway between the two that contains built-in cabinet storage space. Each bedroom has roof windows for abundant natural light. New flooring in kitchen and bath, new paint throughout, and some new bathroom fixtures.
Rent includes: Mowing, snow plowing, general building maintenance.
Tenant pays: Heat, electric, cable/satellite, phone, trash, water/sewer.
Oil heat estimated at $75/month average throughout the year depending upon fuel prices, desired temperature in the unit, etc. Water estimated at $20/month.
High speed internet available.

12-month minimum lease available approx. August 5, 2026.
Rental application with references and credit check required, along with 1-month security deposit and non-refundable $40 application fee (pays for formal credit review, etc.).
Prior to occupancy, tenant must pay first months rent and 1-month security deposit, plus any other applicable fees.
On-site parking available for 1 vehicle. $25/month for 2nd vehicle if space is available.
