The comfortable living area offers ample seating, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit, central AC and heating, and a fenced backyard ideal for kids or relaxing outdoors. Driveway parking is available for up to 2 cars. Fresh linens, towels, and starter toiletries are provided. Inquire before booking regarding pet breed limitations and agree to the pet policy for a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. A late checkout at 12 PM noon may be available for an additional $25, if requested by 9 PM the night before. Early check-in or bag drop-off before 4 PM may be requested and approved in advance. You're also minutes from grocery stores, parks, golf courses, shopping, and live entertainment at the Pompano Beach Amphitheater. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and any violation will result in a $500 fine and immediate cancellation without refund. Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, with windows and doors to the unit remaining closed while smoking outdoors; a $500 fine applies for violations. No indoor smoking is allowed. Guests must provide a photo of a valid ID matching the reservation name before receiving check-in instructions. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full names of guests must be provided upon booking. Standard-size personal vehicles are permitted for parking; no trailers, boats, RVs, or commercial vehicles are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property for maintenance. Exterior cameras capture audio and video and are monitored; any alteration will result in a $1000 fine. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Guests must obtain host permission for package deliveries, and no packages may be delivered outside of booked and paid reservation dates. No luggage or personal belongings should be left upon checkout. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and checkout is at 11 AM. While rare, insects or geckos may enter the home despite routine pest control; refunds are not given for their presence.
