Two young male quiet professionals looking for similar to share a lease in this 2,200sq foot comfortable split level home! Single bedroom with private bathroom available on the lower level. The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, bathroom is not used by anyone else (very rare guest use). Washer and drier on same level. There is a spare room on the same level with a guest bed and storage space. There is a shared medium sized lower bonus/game room which neither of us currently use. The 2 car garage has some basic workout equipment and plenty of storage space, bonus if you ride a bicycle or have a kayak etc! Mid-level of the house has a large living room with small south facing balcony. The other housemate and I live on the upper level which includes a landing-style dining area, north facing deck, and the kitchen. Space for 2 vehicles in the driveway and plenty of street parking, we have been handling the driveway as first come first serve. One of us works in tech (and rarely cooks at home), the other in the auto industry, with no work from home days. We keep to ourselves mostly and do not host often or late, although the house is a great space for a card/D&D night etc. We're both active, often spending time going to the gym, hiking, or cycling. Bonus points if you want to geek out over bikes and like long rides off-pavement! 6-month lease. Sorry no pets. Landlord is attentive and lives close by in Bellevue. $1,305.00 per month rent (security deposit is same amount). Utilities will be managed by me and split 3 ways. It varies a lot depending on season and how much we are home, but average I think has been $150-200/per month per person (electric, waste, water/sewer/gas, internet).
