There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 10 guests are allowed at any given time. The individual booking the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and present for check-in with a valid government-issued ID. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community and may result in towing or fines. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report any damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for any violation of house rules.
