About the building

Remodeled kitchen and AC. Getting new paint and floors right now! It is very clean and well maintained. Some of these pictures are old, but give an idea of the house. I have video walkthroughs. I will not be showing the house at this time as it's under renovation. This house is a split level, very open with lots of light. 3 bedrooms, a finished basement, and a fenced back yard. House is is excellent condition, very clean. It is on a cul-de-sac, extremely close to Fort Carson, within walking distance of an elementary school and a dog run. It's a great location with shopping nearby and convenient access to the highway, Academy and Powers. The master bedroom is suitable for a queen bed set. There is a bathroom with the shower in the master bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms as best suited for twin beds. There is a full bathroom on the top level and washer/dryer hookups. We accept small dogs with approval, this is a very pet friendly area. There is a dog run at the elementary school down the road. Fully fenced back yard, with a deck. Animals accepted with approval, some breed restrictions. All pets must be at least 12 months old. Non-refundable pet fee $200 for 1st pet, $300 for 2. Tenant must carry renters insurance to cover pet liability. The basement is 425 sq feet, finished with w 1/2 BR & a storage closet. I have used this room as a guest room with a queen set & a play room. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms & in the living room. Sprinklers in the front with grass, tenant is required to maintain lawn. The garage is a large 2 car garage with built in shelving. Tenant is responsible for scheduling sprinkler maintenance twice a year and heater/AC maintenance, services that I pay for. I also cover weed treatments on the rocked areas of the property. Military may split their deposit into the first 3 months. ACH or direct deposit for rent payment. Must pass background check. No smoking, no drugs. Credit report 650. Income 2x monthly rent. Tenant takes over utilities and is responsible for trash removal when lease starts.
