This is a private unit in a single family home in a quiet valley convenient to downtown, Chinatown, and the airport.… Nearby (within a mile) hospitals include Kaiser Permanente Moanalua and Tripler Medical Center. There is a Safeway, Target, takeout restaurants, and public library within 2 mi.
Unit has its own separate secure entrance around back of a single family midcentury home. Entry opens to living room and kitchen with adjoining bathroom and bedroom. Bathroom entry is off of living room and right next to bedroom. Unit is newly renovated with a brand new kitchen, new floors, and fresh paint.
New washer and dryer are located directly out the entrance to the unit and shared with the front house (property owners: family of three). Ceiling fans are found in both living room and bedroom. Portable AC in bedroom available for use for additional charge by electric usage (monitored in a shared app). Moanalua gets excellent trade winds year-round and unit is pretty cool with plenty of ventilation. Private lanai with outdoor seating is included in small backyard space dedicated to tenant.
Access to the lanai is open since washer and dryer are shared in back but plenty of privacy and observed laundry hours so you have plenty of privacy and space.
