Major roads, including I-4 and Highway 27, make travel simple, whether you are heading to theme parks or exploring Central Florida. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Pool heat and/or hot tub must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in, with an additional fee of $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. A written notification and host approval are required for pets, with a pet fee applied and subject to up to a $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Trash must be taken out and disposed of properly per instructions upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
