Lease terms

Lease Term: Initial 3-month lease required. After the first 3 months, the lease will continue month-to-month. A minimum 60-day written notice is required to terminate the lease. Lease periods may not be less than 30 days. Rent: All utilities are included in the rent. Occupancy: Suitable for one or two people only. Storage: Limited storage space is available. Smoking Policy: No smoking inside the unit. No marijuana/weed smoking anywhere on the property. Outdoor cigarette smoking only. Cleanliness: Renter must keep the unit and shared areas clean and organized. No storage of extra items in shared garage or backyard areas beyond the designated storage space.
