We have a very large deck with special lighting for added ambiance as you sit back in zero gravity chairs with cup holders while dining on delicious steaks cooked on a Weber. What I will miss the most are evening walks down to the bench to watch the most beautiful sunsets over the lake. You will make friends quickly and easily as we are surrounded by great neighbors on all sides. I am the original owner of this custom Mediterranean style home designed by the one and only Eric Nelson and have resided here for 20+ wonderful years. We are looking to rent the home for an initial term of 12 months, continuing on a month to month basis with no rental increase. Small dogs are welcome (no cats please due to allergies).
