A backyard is available for your use, and free parking is available in most areas. For longer stays, a pet fee of $75 per stay for two pets maximum applies, increasing to $150 per week and $200 per month for longer-term guests. Early arrivals or late departures may be accommodated for a fee, ranging from $50 for 1 hour or less to $200 for 2-3 hours. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation, and an individual who is 21 years of age or older must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Please no eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Please no smoking on the property; cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the front patio. An additional fee to remove stains/odors from cigarettes will apply. Please pick up all trash before departing and place it in an outside trash can. Please wash all dishes, and if the dishwasher was used, please run and unload it prior to departure. Do not open the windows. Do not overload the washer/dryer, and do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units. Empty the dryer lint trap after every use. Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use. The storage room is to remain closed at all times. Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests; the host does not take any responsibility for these items. Please do not rearrange the furniture. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event that neighbors are disturbed, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. No illegal activity or guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A laptop-friendly workspace is available for your convenience.
