Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Unauthorized parties are not allowed and will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. The primary guest must be 21 or older, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees. A 3.9% processing fee applies to refunds. Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee per reservation for up to 2 pets; cats are not allowed. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee. Any damages caused by pets will incur additional charges. Food or drink is not permitted in bedrooms, with extra cleaning fees for stains. Trash must be disposed of in outside bins before departure. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. All dishes must be washed and the dishwasher run before departure. Windows should be kept closed for security. Avoid overloading laundry machines, do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. The storage closet must be kept closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion. Furniture should not be rearranged. Guests assume all risks when using bunk beds. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Additional guests beyond the number initially registered require approval and may incur an additional charge of $100 per person. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
