Lease terms

Minimum Stay: The lease requires a minimum stay of one (1) month. After the first month, the lease automatically converts to a month-to-month agreement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Longer term leases up to a year or more are available as well. Utilities and Internet: The Owner is responsible for payment of all utilities, including: Water and sewer Electricity Gas (if applicable) Trash collection The Owner will also provide WiFi at no additional cost to the tenant(s). Pets and Smoking: No pets are allowed on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Parking: Both driveway parking and free street parking are available. If two individuals or groups are renting separate units on the property simultaneously, the tenants must coordinate and agree on the use of the driveway parking. Disputes must be resolved directly between the tenants.
