The kitchen offers a comfortable space to cook and gather, paired with an indoor dining area suited for shared meals or games. A washer and dryer add convenience, while bathroom essentials, bed linens, and extra pillows and blankets are provided. Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. Step outside to your private pool, and the patio or balcony and backyard offer space to sit back, enjoy the fresh air, or prepare a meal on the BBQ grill. A private entrance adds to the sense of ease and privacy.
During your stay, you'll have access to the amenities at The Retreat at ChampionsGate, including a pool, gym, and a range of recreation options designed for all ages. Pool heat is available for $35 per day. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome a house-trained dog (breed and weight must be specified), and a pet fee is applied.
Set within the ChampionsGate community in Davenport, you're within easy reach of Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld, along with nearby shopping and dining at Posner Park. Access to I-4 and Highway 27 makes getting around Central Florida simple, whether you're heading to the parks or exploring the surrounding area. The resort is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.
There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
