Lease terms

Monthly rent is $1,200. To move in, the first month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent are required. Rent includes water, electricity, and high-speed internet. The lease term is six (6) months, with the possibility of renewal. At the end of the term, the conditions and rent will be reviewed for a potential extension. A 30-day written notice is required before moving out. Early termination of the lease may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, subject to the lease agreement and Florida law. No smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, or controlled substances are allowed on the property. Only one small pet (either one small dog or one cat) is permitted. No subleasing is allowed. Overnight guests are welcome; however, guests staying more than 3 consecutive days or frequently may be considered additional occupants and require landlord approval and an additional monthly fee. Street parking is available. The apartment will be delivered clean and in excellent condition, and a move-in inspection will be completed before occupancy. Tenants are responsible for keeping the apartment clean and for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No illegal activities are permitted on the property.
