We are looking for a female individual who would enjoy the rhythms of family life in our bright and beautiful home! Our roommate of the last 6 months is moving on and we are looking for the next right fit! The room is spacious and private, furnished with a queen bed, a dedicated workspace, half closet, dresser, and shared bathroom. We are bustling family with a six-year-old, five-year-old and one year-old baby with a busy weekday schedule. The shared spaces include the kitchen, large dining room and the bright and vaulted living room. The laundry room is available for use as well as limited garage space. Outdoors we have a newly built covered deck with heating and a fireplace and hammock in our fully fenced private back yard. The perfect place to relax on warm summer nights! Located in the quaint town of Sumner, we are within walking distance of parks, trails, shops and restaurants. 30 minutes from the airport (traffic dependent), 45 minute drive from Seattle, 20 minutes from the Tacoma Dome, with central access to HWY 167 and 18. We are less than a 5 minute drive to the Sounder train which has weekday access to Seattle and the surrounding areas. Rainier is day trip accessible and there are endless outdoor opportunities all around! I'm a mom of three wonderful boys, I love Jesus, sports and getting outside, fishing and learning more about the amazing world we live in.
