DUPLEX HOME. Rented Propane Tank on site- Tenant responsible for costs to OLG of propane usage. Tank will be full upon move-in and is required to full upon move out. Tenant also responsible for cost of electricity, private trash removal. Pets allowed on a case by case basis, require a NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee, and a separate Pet Application must be submitted. No more than two pets accepted per home. Sorry, applications for cats will be denied. Maintenance of Lawn, shrub, trees is also the responsibility of the Tenant. Smoking / vaping, and/or Marijuana not permitted. *A non-refundable application fee of $49.50 per application fee will be due upon application submission. Security Deposit advertised is for an "A" grade applicant. Security deposit for applicants with lower grade applications will be subject to an additional Security Deposit amount of not more than two times the advertised rent amount, not including the first month's rent which is due upon move in. Application grades based on factors such as credit score, income to debt, work history, previous rental history, etc. Security Deposit to be paid in full before move in. No exceptions. All applicants are screened for acceptable credit, two years of favorable work history, two years of excellent rental history, acceptable credit, and background checks are conducted.
