Rental Requirements * $35 application/background screening fee for each applicant 18 years of age or older * Tenants are responsible for all utilities * Tenants are responsible for lawn mowing and landscape maintenance * No smoking * No pets Tenant Screening Disclosure Prior to processing any application, we disclose the types of information used for screening, including credit, criminal, rental, and employment history. Criteria that may result in denial include, but are not limited to, poor credit history, past evictions, insufficient income, or negative landlord references. We may obtain a consumer report through a third-party screening agency. Applicants have the right to request a free copy of their consumer report and to dispute any inaccurate information contained in the report. In accordance with Washington State law, comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports are accepted, provided they are current, complete, and meet our screening criteria.
