Room is upstairs and shares a separate bathroom with one other roommate. Kitchen, laundry, living room, dining room and patio are also shared. Utilities and internet cost are separate and shared between 3 people. Requirements: Single person 30 to 40 years old preferred. Proven steady job and references required. No smoking and no pets. No overnight stays. Looking for super clean and super friendly roommates. Room is $945/month and $450 deposit. Room furniture is included as shown in the picture, but it can be removed if not needed.
