Lease terms

* No smoking or vaping inside the home. * One small dog may be considered with landlord approval and a non-refundable pet deposit. No cats. * Security deposit and first month's rent are due at lease signing. * Applicants must complete a credit, and income verification as part of the application process. * Quarterly property inspections will be conducted, with additional inspections if reasonably necessary after proper notice * Storage shed is not included with the rental and is not available for tenant use. * Landlord pays for garbage service. * Tenant is responsible for water and electricity. * Lawn care is the tenant's responsibility and the yard is expected to be kept mowed and maintained throughout the lease. A fairly washer and dryer are provided for the tenant's convenience at the start of the lease. If either appliance requires repair during the tenancy, the tenant will be responsible for the cost of repair.
