All bedrooms are large. Four baths, one with neat vintage black and white tile- not reproduction, and one bath with an antique clawfoot tub and vintage toilet, and two on-suite baths with funky Antique Heart of Pine vanity cabinets with vessel sinks.
Ceiling fans in every bedroom. Exposed brick fireplace stacks give a great feel. This house is a real charmer. Not a stitch of carpet which is good for allergy sufferers and asthmatics.

I have hand-picked all of the tenants there and I have less trouble out of that whole park than some houses occupied by students. $2,150 a month.
