Due to South Florida's tropical climate, insects may occasionally be present. All homes are professionally cleaned and routinely treated for pest prevention, but occasional insect sightings are not considered a cleanliness issue or grounds for refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy, with a $500 penalty for smoking in the apartment. Quiet hours are observed after 8 pm. Damages or stains to sheets and linens will incur an additional charge not covered by the cleaning fee. Do not use towels or linens for makeup removal. Daily cleaning is not included; only a one-time check-out cleaning is provided. The door access code will be active precisely at your check-in time and will automatically deactivate at your check-out time. Early check-ins at 12 pm are available for a $65 fee, or a complimentary 3 pm check-in is offered, based on availability. Management staff may access the unit at any time in the event of an emergency or to address issues that could damage the unit, with prior notification and knocking before entry. Do not attempt to repair any malfunctions yourself or tamper with equipment. Parking on South Beach is complicated, and cars are towed quickly; ensure you park in designated areas if your apartment comes with parking. Packages cannot be sent prior to guest check-in and will be discarded if received after check-out. Guests do not have access to mailboxes unless for stays of 28 nights or more. The property is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
