This superbly updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is within walking distance from the ski area (less than a half mile) and literally steps to the Shadow Run free bus stop (only a 5 minute ride). Shadow Run D106 is great to come back to after a day on the slopes or any other of Steamboat's many outdoor activities. Its been beautifully furnished with solid, comfortable fixtures and furnishings throughout the unit. Enter into the living area and find dining options a plenty including three bar stools at the kitchen counter and a large table with 2 chairs + 2 benches. Both great for meals, drinks, playing a game, doing a puzzle or working remotely. The remodeled full kitchen is off the living area and features gorgeous stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, cherry wood cabinets and has everything you will need to stay home and make a great meal. On the other side of the living area, kick back on the comfy sofa (also a queen sleeper sofa) next to the large flat screen TV and stunning stone fireplace, which keeps the unit extremely toasty. Combined with high speed wifi, this makes Shadow Run D106 a great option for working remotely. Enjoy the beverage of your choice and some outdoor living space on the private deck off of the living area. The master en suite has a king bed, brand new flat screen smart TV, large walk in closet with a dresser and lots of storage plus a remodeled full bathroom with a tub shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed, featuring a queen bed under a twin bed, a closet and a dresser. In the hallway is a remodeled full bathroom, as well as a full size washer and dryer. Enjoy a soak in one of the two year-round community hot tubs. There is also a community grill, picnic area, and pool that is open in the summer. If you don't want to walk, a free bus route stop is only steps away. Buses loop every 20 minutes and you are only about 5 minutes from the base of the gondola/base area, restaurants & pubs and the transit center, which connects you to shopping, downtown and more restaurants and pubs.
