      Terms at 15534 Peppercorn Isle

      Rent is $2100 a month and we do require a security deposit of one months rent. The lease is one year minimum. Owner pays for HOA dues. Tenant's responsible for water, trash, and electricity. No more than three pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Ring camera is available for additional $30 a month. We are private landlords. Tenants need to keep up with lawn maintenance and simple maintenance around the house. Owners will be responsible for any big repairs. We have a contract that will need to be read fully and signed before move-in. Grounds for which the rental application may be denied includes criminal history, poor previous rental history; current income doesn't meet three times the amount of rent, poor credit history, or failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application form. Any pets will have a $200 pet deposit.
