Offering clean and quiet spaces, Mountain Views & close to many attractions. Wi-Fi, central AC, street parking & fully fenced yard. Close to golf course, stores and hiking trails. There is an option to accept up to 6 tenants total. Dog owners: There is a doggy door that leads out to the fully fenced in secure yard. This helps your dog(s) bathroom breaks be hassle & accident free Back porch and fully fenced in yard (wooden fence with wire mesh secure for even the smallest of dogs) Patio seating with full sectional outdoor sofa with patio string lighting covered by upper porch and extended part with a gazebo, Swing set, gas grill, propane fire pit. Keep your eyes out for little bunnies, deer & squirrels running around outside. Please turn off before going inside Please be mindful of noise during these hours. This is a basement suite within a shared home.
