ChampionsGate is a gated master-plan community in FL, offering a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando's theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am, and excessive noise should be kept to a minimum during this time. Guests must provide a list of first and last names of all guests ages 18 and older, and the individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their ID when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Pool heat must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in, and to add this amenity, you agree to pay $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The home is professionally sprayed for pests. After it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Guests are required to wipe shoes at the door, and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
