This is one of my nicest properties and has been continuously rented by only two tenants for the last 19 years.…

Every room has been freshly painted. And both bedrooms have large walk-in closets.
The private pool has just been remodeled, as well as the patio, which includes a gas bbq grill. There are fruit trees, bananas, blackberries and palm trees around the pool. Front yard has a smaller patio with producing apple, peach, kumquat, calamondin and grapefruit trees. A hammock stand is under the large pine tree.
Castle Court is a quiet and safe neighborhood with two parks and an Urban Harvest community garden within two blocks. The world class Menil Museum is five blocks away. The University of St. Thomas a few blocks further and Rice University is a bit over a mile. The Texas Medical Center is less than 2 miles from the house, and Richmond Avenue, three blocks away, is on the major bus route, which connects to the Metro train and all buses throughout the city for public transportation. All of Houston's major museums, the best restaurants and cafe and bars and services are a quick commute.
