Looking for someone to move into our other upstairs room in our beautiful home in West Denver. This upstairs room will share a living space with me which includes a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and washer & Dryer (downstairs). This house is also home to a downstairs roommate but she has her own kitchen, bathroom, and living area downstairs. We are looking for someone who doesn't. We also have a huge backyard and patio area for our enjoyment. We are looking for someone who is super easy going, respectful, communicative, fun, playful and nice, and who is communicative and drama free.

This upstairs Space includes:

1 full bathroom with a tub
A fully equipped kitchen with in-unit washer & dryer (washer & Dryer shared with downstairs roommate)
Cozy fully furnished living room / movement space perfect for yoga, creative work, or relaxing
downstairs Roommate
Our lovely downstairs roommate is named Nicole. She has her own bathroom, living room area and kitchen downstairs, but we share her kitchen sometimes to do laundry so we always make sure it's a good time and not disruptive (which never has been :) ). She is supportive, respectful and fun!
Beautiful Backyard
You'll share a huge, fenced-in backyard with the two other people who live in the house. The yard includes
A covered back porch with a couch, lights, and outdoor rug
A wooden deck in the yard with lounge area and festoons (couch, chairs, tables) perfect for yoga
A built in fire pit with sand surrounding it for cozy winter fires
Storage shed
8 flowerbeds for planting vegetables or sunflowers (haven't been used in a few summers and need some work)
Multiple work tables for gardening, projects, or relaxing outdoors
