Home is on a well, with a septic system. Utilities are shared across the two homes but there is a monitor for the electricity used by the smaller home, so that renters are only charged for the electricity that they use. Electricity fees will always be paid first. Trash is picked up weekly. No smoking is allowed on the premises. Lease will be for one year and is negotiable thereafter.
