Situated in a quieter part of Boston, this condo is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from the Airport or Maverick subway stops on the Blue Line. Enjoy waterfront parks within a 6-minute walk and easy access to downtown Boston via a 7-minute drive or one subway stop. Popular attractions like Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, TD Garden, and the North End are easily accessible. Piers Park is a 5-minute walk away, and Santarpios Pizza is just a couple of blocks from your doorstep.
Please note that this is a two-story apartment with a spiral staircase that may be challenging for some guests. Quiet hours are observed after 11 pm. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage within the first 4 hours of check-in; otherwise, they may be held responsible for repair and replacement costs. An additional fee of $25 per night will be charged for each guest exceeding the number specified in the booking. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances, which will result in immediate booking cancellation and potential involvement of security and police. A $250 fine will be charged for noise complaints requiring security intervention. Surveillance cameras are used in common areas and the building exterior. A late check-out fee of $50 per hour may apply. Guests are required to clean dishes and bag all trash before check-out; failure to do so may result in an additional $100 deep clean fee.
