Trained service animals are exempt from pet fees. Mid-stay cleans are required for stays of 40-60 nights, and a deep clean is required for stays over 60 nights, with additional charges applying.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional fee of $20 per hour. Tampering with or disabling electronic monitoring devices is prohibited. The property's internet plan includes 1.2TB per month; exceeding this limit may impact speeds. Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property. Mail should not be sent to the rental property. The propane grill is available for use; ensure it is turned off after use and never leave children unattended while using it. In the event of system failures, neither the property owner nor management shall be liable for damages, and no refunds will be given, though efforts will be made to repair or replace the failed system. Management is not liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by weather, natural disasters, pests, construction, or other reasons beyond its control. Guests are recommended to carry travel and/or rental insurance. All payments are non-refundable unless canceled within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Standard transaction and processing fees are non-refundable, and a surcharge will be applied to cover additional card-processing and administrative costs for any refund issued. Emergency dispatchers can be reached by dialing 911.
