The fully fenced backyard features a spacious concrete picnic area tucked beneath beautiful redwoods. There's extra storage under the house (we've used this for kayaks and camping gear - it's large!) as well as a woodshed. Modern features: high-speed internet, split heating/AC, tankless water heater, ceiling fan, indoor laundry, and updated wood fireplace and surround. Adorable kitchen with vintage touches and open-to-living room bar seating. The second bedroom is on the small side, great for an office or twin-sized bed. Minutes to Big Basin Redwoods State Park, Garrahan Park, The Sawmill Restaurant & Alehouse, and downtown Boulder Creek. Easy commute on Highway 9 to Saratoga or Santa Cruz. This can be rented partially furnished or unfurnished. $2900 per month, plus utilities (water, trash, power, and internet). First month rent + refundable $2900 security deposit required for move in. Month-to-month lease, open to long-term. Well trained dogs are welcome! We ask that barking is kept to a minimum for the sake of our awesome neighbors. Additional pet deposit may be required.
