Terms at 155 Clearbrook Way

Minimal lease length - 1 month. 1 year maximum. RENT SECURITY DEPOSIT - can be broken up and paid over the first 2 months upon approval. UTILITY DEPOSIT - $500.00 (and is negotiable based on length of lease) Utilities will be capped monthly at $400/mo. (elect/gas/water). Anything above that monthly amount will be paid for from this deposit. If deposit runs out, owner has the right to request additional deposit as needed based on the duration of the lease. Owner will provide proof of utilities being charged monthly. Owner will refund all unused monies from utilities deposit upon termination of lease. Owner to pay for pest and yard maintenance. Tenant to pay for snow removal if needed. Pet Deposit is PER PET. Pet(s) must be pre approved by owner prior to signing the lease. BACKGROUND CHECK - All guests over the age of 18 must have a background check done along with credit and income verification. Monthly cleanings are non negotiable. Basement not available to guests.
