Residential Lease Terms Parties Involved: Rent: Payments must be made via autopay Maintenance and Repairs: The tenant agrees to keep the premises clean and in good condition. The landlord will be responsible for major repairs and any maintenance of systems, including HVAC (cleaning filters will be done by tenant), plumbing, and appliances, except when caused by tenant negligence. The tenant is responsible for notifying the landlord promptly of any required repairs. Occupants: The property may be occupied only by the individuals listed in the lease agreement. Any additional occupants must be approved by the landlord in writing. Pets: Pets are [allowed. If allowed, an additional pet deposit of $TBD is required, and tenants must agree to cover any damages caused by pets.
