This property will be available on September 1, 2026 and the rent on this property is 1350.00 per month and a 1350.00 security deposit on the property and a 250.00 water deposit. The lease will be for 12 months and if both the tenant and the landlord are in agreement the lease will then be a month to month lease beginning the 13th month. The tenant will place the gas and electric in there name and be responsible for both the gas and water bills. The tenant is also responsible for the water bill however the water bill will remain in the landlords name and the landlord will text or email you a copy of the water bill as he receives them from the water company. The water bill is to be paid to the landlord on or before the due date stated on the water bill sent to the tenant. Any water payment received after the due date will be charged a 10% penalty no exceptions.

2 bedroom home full basement very clean and dry. Furnished washer and dryer. Newer furnace and Air Conditioner. Gas heat.… Main floor has all hardwood floors, granite countertops, refrigerator and gas stove, microwave oven and a garbage disposal. Outside has a concrete driveway, covered patio large fenced yard. No pets permitted in or on the property at any time not even to watch someone else's pet. We also do not allow smoking inside of the home or waterbeds or aquariums again there are no exceptions whatsoever. This is a very clean and comfortable house and there are no homes located at the rear of the property only trees. The tenant is responsible to keep the lawn cut and the outside and the inside of the home clean and free of debris at all times.
