Welcome to Tiny Pines, our cozy, fully furnished mountain home tucked among tall pine… trees. It's a quiet, comfortable place to relax, whether you're watching the snow fall after skiing or enjoying long summer evenings outside while kids and dogs explore the yard.
The house is in a peaceful neighborhood with very few full time residents, but still close to everything. We're centrally located between three ski resorts, minutes from great hiking and biking, and about five miles from Lake Tahoe.
The home is ready for you to move in as is, with all furnishings included. It's simple, warm, and meant to feel like a place you can settle into right away.
One of our favorite parts of the property is the heated garage. It has room for workouts, projects, and gear, plus a workbench that's perfect for tuning skis or working on a bike.
We really love this place and enjoy sharing it with people who appreciate the quiet and the mountains as much as we do. Lease length is flexible.
