Enter through the front door and you are immediately greeted with water views. The windows and skylights let in beautiful natural light making the space feel open and airy. The open kitchen, living room, and dining area are beautifully designed and the perfect place to entertain or host friends and family. The kitchen features two large kitchen islands, plenty of cabinet storage, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous countertops. The dining area is just off of the kitchen and features a dining table with seating for up to 6. The spacious living room features a large sofa, and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing and watching a movie! Bring your living outdoors to the expansive back deck and patio. Here you will find an outdoor living room, with comfortable seating, a TV, fireplace, dining table, and bar top with bar seating. The adjacent outdoor kitchen features a grill, fridge, and sink! There is another larger dining table just next to the pool to accommodate all of your al fresco dining desires! The stunning pool overlooks the marsh and is the perfect place to relax after a long day. You will also find a cold plunge on the back deck and an outdoor shower! From the pool area you can see your private dock! Kayacks are provided and can be launched off the dock at the correct tide. Back inside the home, past the living area you will find four bedrooms. Each bedroom features a King size bed, plenty of closet space, and a TV! The master bedroom has a beautiful en suite bathroom with double vanities. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Small dogs can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee on a case by case basis. Parking for up to 5 cars is located in the driveway! *Please note that the attached apartment of this home will be blocked off for owners use at all times. In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $600 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. Tax is charged on the rental rate, cleaning fee, and pet fee (if applicable). * *Unlock Hotel Amenities with your home* All guests staying with Duvet Homes have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events. Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost. All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations. *Please also note that Duvet Homes is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.* Included With Each Stay: We provide enough of the following items to get you started: Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, lotion), Mini Dish/Laundry Detergents & Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues) Complimentary Free High-Speed Internet/WIfi Hair Dryer/Iron/Ironing Board Towels/Linens Basic Cooking/Kitchenware Other Things To Note: Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
