Very nice room available. The room comes furnished. Shared access to the kitchen, living room, laundry room and garden.… This space has a shared bathroom with only one other person.

The location (North Berkeley) is perfect: Bart, our metro station is 3 blocks away and brings you easily to San Francisco. The bus stop to University Berkeley is one block away, it's a 10 minutes ride. Walking to the university is about 20 minutes.
Several good restaurants and cafes are 15 minutes away by walking; similarly for grocery stores like Monterey Market, Safeway and Trader Joes.
