this is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single story house. I live alone in the primary which was converted to a studio with it's own entrance. We share the driveway and garage w/laundry and "gym"area. I'm here if you need help with anything and otherwise stay out of your way and give you your privacy. this is minimum THREE MONTH LEASE (Zillow does not offer 3 months as a choice for me to offer you) which, if wanting to extend, will convert to a month to month. I am listed in Furnished Finder dot com under the name Zen Out in 1400sq ft. Fully loaded Property ID: 599093_1 and you can see more there. Please contact me through their site. There is no tobacco smoking or illegal drugs allowed on the premises. there is monthly cleaning included by an incredible and trustworthy professional. You may negotiate more visits with her directly. All utilities are also included. The deposit is NOT a part of the last month's rent. it's a damage deposit and will be returned at the end of our contract (within 3 weeks, by law). I look forward to hearing from you! Welcome to your new fully furnished home in the beautiful Bel Air Knolls neighborhood!… This bright and comfortable single-story home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You'll have two fully furnished bedrooms and a bathroom, while I live separately in the converted primary suite, which has its own private entrance at the back of the house. I respect my guests' privacy but am always happy to help with anything related to the house or to answer questions about Santa Barbara.
The location is hard to beat. Hendry's Beach is just a 20-minute walk or a quick 2 3 minute drive away, with plenty of free parking. Just a few doors down, you'll find a scenic walking and biking trail that leads directly to the beach one of the locals' favorite spots. Head in the opposite direction, and you can bike all the way to UCSB.
On your way to the beach, you'll pass Elings Park, offering tennis courts, baseball fields, hiking trails, and plenty of open space to enjoy. Right next to the beach is the Douglas Family Preserve, a beautiful off-leash dog park with breathtaking ocean views.
Less than a mile from the house, you'll find a neighborhood Chinese restaurant, a gas station (perfect for propane refills for the barbecue), and convenient access to Highway 101. A public golf course is just across the freeway, and downtown Santa Barbara is only a few minutes away by car, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
