Sunny 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Baker's Beach.… This is a lease takeover - we've loved our time in the Presidio and are incredibly sad to leave but need more space for our growing family!
Downstairs, there is a sunny living room, dining room, and an updated kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove. The Maytag washer/dryer set we purchased when moving in are included as we don't need them for our new unit; they can be taken with you or resold upon your own move-out. Upstairs, there are three spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub. Outside, there is a small patio that gets sun throughout the first half of the day, a covered parking space, and a storage unit. Additional parking is available on the street and in a small parking lot right next to the building.
The location is a quick walk down to the beach and there are stunning trails directly out the back door. The nearest grocery store and all the amazing food of the Richmond is only a 5-minute drive away. The Presidio-Go shuttle (which is free for Presidio residents) picks up right on the corner and the 29 bus stop is a few blocks away.
The application fee is $46 per adult. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust's standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences.
The move-in deposit is equal to one month's rent. Pets are welcome with an additional deposit.
