Current household income of 3x rent required. Credit below 640 is not accepted at this time. Pets accepted, with non-refundable pet fees at move-in only. Please note that home insurance restricts some breeds, no dogs with a bite history are allowed, pet breeds are verified through veterinarian records, and all shots must be up to date. Prior to obtaining keys, the application and background, credit, and reference checks must be completed, along with lease requirements, renters insurance needs to be on-file, lease must be signed, and the security deposit, move-out cleaning and or pet fees, and prorated rent must clear the bank. Prospective tenants with past-due landlord liens or previous evictions not accepted at this time. Move-out non-refundable cleaning fee, $500. Zillow applications accepted.
