Lease terms

12-month lease required. First month's rent and security deposit equal to one month's rent due at signing. Tenant responsible for all utilities including gas, electric, water, and internet. Lawn care and snow removal are tenant's responsibility. No smoking on premises or anywhere on property. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis with a $100 non-refundable pet fee and $100/month pet rent. Renter's insurance required prior to move-in and must be maintained throughout tenancy. Minimum credit score 650 and verifiable gross income of 3x monthly rent required. Background and credit check required for all applicants 18 and older. No subletting permitted.
