We are fairly easy to work with. No smoking, We will provide air filters and ask you to change them frequently for your health and the maintenance of the units. This is not a good location for pets and we have had a no pet policy but there could be exceptions made. The washing machine and dryer are new, the fridge, oven and microwave are fairly new. Great location in downtown Tempe within walking and biking distance to ASU, Mill and entertainment district.
