Renter responsible for lights/ Comed & cooking electric. No smoking in apartment and no pets. One year lease. Tenant's responsibilities to keep apartment clean, clutter free and all appliances clean. Tenant supply own A/C. Off street parking. This is a two bedroom $1375/SD $2750, approximately 700 sqft. Owner pays for all others -heating, water, heating of water, sewer, trash, premise's electric. Policy- No smoking in building. No pets allowed on the property. Tenant's responsibility is to maintain apartment that includes plumbing and appliances (stove & refrig.). Plumbing issues caused by the tenant and any broken items is borne by the tenant. Off-Street Parking. 12-month lease term and application fee $75 for each person 18 yrs and older & security deposit $2750 required once view apartment and accept terms and conditions. All Applicants are prequalified over phone prior to viewing the apartment. Basic questions are asked (Residence History . Income. Employment) and etc. Once the application is completed and AS part of the application process we visit where you stay, there are no exceptions.
