There's plenty of storage space with a hallway closet, bathroom closet, and 8ft bedroom closet. There is a coin-op washer and dryer located in the basement. The property has been managed by Drew at US Properties for many years and he takes good care of water, sewer, trash, landscaping, snow removal, pest control and any special concerns raised by tenants and landlords. Heat and air conditioning are electric and the air-conditioner is 2 years new. A second vehicle parking spot is available for an additional fee.
Christy Hill condominiums is right across from the Navy Subase on Route 12, Gales Ferry, Ledyard, and a few miles from interstate-95.
