No pets allowed, and rental rate will include all utilities and high speed internet, access to the community pool and hot tub. You will be able to park a car in the driveway. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to live, this is it. Upgraded washer and dryer included for use and cooking in the kitchen is allowed. You will have a mini fridge in your room and access to the microwave in the kitchen. No guests or no overnight guests allowed at all as this is a family home.

We are quiet family in our 30s-40s and would like a roommate that is responsible and mature as well. One works from home daily, and the other has a hybrid schedule. No smoking or drugs. Must be mature, clean and have a good attitude.
