Landscaper included with rent, but overall oversight and responsibility of the landscaper and landscaping maintenance, weed abatement, and proper irrigation of all will be tenant/s responsibility.

Refrigerator can and will be supplied if so desired and upon request; otherwise the tenant is welcome to supply their own refrigerator. Washer and Dryer hookups are located in the garage; dryer hookup can be either natural gas or electric; tenant will need to supply their own washer and dryer units.
Utilities Not Included, which will be the tenant's responsibility, are: Water through FPUD, Gas and Electric through SDG&E, and Trash Service through Fallbrook Refuse EDCO Service.
