I love these windows!
Close up of the closet, shelves and the large storage area above the closet.

This space is larger then this looks in this photo :-)
On the other side of the bathtub wall is the washer and dryer that can stay, even if you rent unfurnished.
This stairwell is between the living room and the bedroom, with an old fashioned pocket door. If you are sharing this house with another adult or young adult, this door provides some privacy.
Pictured here is the stairwell, landings & doors - door to the left is bedroom over the downstairs bedroom, middle door is the 3/4 bath, door to the right is to the bedroom over the living room. Caution: Railings do NOT meet child safety guidelines.
Sweet, small, sufficient 3/4 bath at the top of the stairwell, between the two upstairs bedrooms.
Sweet shower space :-)
Upstairs 3/4 bathroom - sink and toiletry cabinet to the left.
Plenty of space to store toiletries under the sink :-)
This upstairs bedroom is over the downstairs bedroom and was previously set up as a private apartment - the following photos show other ways this room can be set up for those wanting a furnished rental.
This is another set up with two full sized beds set up in upstairs room above the downstairs room
This is another set up where this room, over the downstairs bedroom, is set up as a lounge or living and dining room area - The other upstairs room is set up as the primary upstairs bedroom. Perfect for sharing the house with young adult or co-worker.
Same set up with a view from the window - out this door is the stair landing, 3/4 bathroom to the left and between the other bedroom.
Close up of the table and chair set, dormer and two closets :-)
This upstairs bedroom is over the living room. This is the view to the west with window overlooking the 135 year elm tree.
This is the window on the side of the room facing the street. New double paned windows have been installed (not pictured here). The tree has had a winter haircut since this photo but it grows back like this each Spring & in the summer provides great shade
This is the East side of the upstairs room over the living room with a small 3/4 closet. Some of the furniture has been moved around, so updated photos will be posted soon
This is the view from out the window in the previous photo
Front left side of the house in the Spring
A great place to have morning coffee on the porch :-)
Front north corner of the yard, as seen outside one of the master bedroom windows.
From the front of the property/north corner facing the cottage that houses our dear friend/acting on-site assistant and nice sized side yard

From the north corner, view of the front of the house, before the trees got a haircut :-)
Another view of the north side from the steps of the cottage
Mill Street, view from the corner. We have the biggest shade trees :-)
Less than a mile from the house is the South Umpqua River - a sweet place for a walk :-)
Another photo of the South Umpqua River that is a short walk away from the house :-)
Dozens of waterfalls can be seen right from the hwy or on short walks off the hwy on the way to Diamond Lake and Crater Lake - such a magnificent area!
34 miles away - Susan Creek Falls
60 miles away - Tokatee Falls and nearby these falls is Umpqua Hot Springs - an experience not to be missed :-)
62 miles away - Watson Falls
Crater Lake National Park - 120 miles away, and 2.5 hour drive, and well worth the experience! This is the deepest lake in the entire United States! It was formed by the collapse of a volcano. This is a photo I took just feet from the parking lot!
